Regarding physical weekness

Hi Sir, I m a 24 year old office going guy.What should i do to get physical strength/stamina as i feel too weak & low. Thanks

May be you are feeling weak because of your poor diet, lack of sleep and zero physical activity. Start with taking a good sleep of at least 8 hours everyday, followed by a healthy well balanced meal, never  ever give a miss to your breakfast and also include multivitamin tablets in your daily diet. Include simple cardio like running, jogging, cycling,e tc. in your routine to build stamina.
