Regarding weight loss & muscle gaining

hi myself tushar i m 26 yrs old my weight is 72kgs. i have been doing regular workout from 21 jan 2017 till today. bt still i didn't find any weight loss bt my weight is stable from first day till today & also i couldn't find any muscle gain. & important point pls i need some tips for carbs. pls do the needful

Hi Tushar

Please share your complete credentials and your workout schedule. In your diet you nedd to consume good amount of protein if you are looking for muscle gain, include lean chicken, egg whites, grilled fish in your diet. As far as carbs are concerned include complex carbohydrates in your diet like whole grain flour,oats,millets etc. Do include fibre in your diet. Split your total calories in 5-6 meals a day.
