Regular lower back pain

I always avoid to do abs workout since after performing abs on next 2 3 days I have constipation problem but I always train my lower back so whenever I do hypertension or deadlift I fill so relaxed but my back pain is not cure wats the reason please suggest me something sir

Sanjay, 

I think you should consult with Physiotherapist first and stop training for couple of days.
