My question is how should i remove chest fat? To give u the background of my body type. I am 5 ft 9 inches and i was some 102 kgs a year ago. i have managed to reduce my weight to 80kg. I am taking whey protein since last 6 months and hitting gym hard. I have started getting shape of my biceps and little but cut in triceps but the problem is i still have lot of fat around my chest. I feel ashamed of removing the shirt . Though i am still overweight by some 5-6 kgs.
My only concern is will this fat go once i reduced this 5-6 kg or whether i am suffering through gynecomastia?

It is better you focus on some hardcore chest exercises, listed in this article, to get rid of the extra flab.
