Day 1 chest and trisep Day 2 back and bisep Day 3 legs Day 4 shoulders and traps Day 5 bisep and trisep Day 6 rest Day 7 rest 15 minutes abs at last in alternate days randomly. Take whey protein along with creatien or BCAA And you can check tiger workout and diet plan on latest blog section.. Which is helpful to you.
