Hi,

Yes You can use both BCAA and Preworkout. BCAA for muscle recovery consume during workout. Preworkout for endurance stamina and focus use half an hour before workout.

Whey protein 1 scoop post workout with water and blend protein 1 scoop before bed, have good diet (5-6 times meals in a day) high protein, high fiber and complex carbs.
