Shaping belly but not want to loose weight

Sir I m 25 years old. Hieght 5ft 7 inch. Weight 75 kg. I have a bulky belly. So my goal is to build muscles but with a flat belly in 3 months. In short I want to shape my body without loosing muscles. So sir what will u suggest for reaching my goal successfully.
