Should i as a beginner do full body workout or a 1 day split is better? my recovery time is a bit more

I started gym and after doing full body workout for 10 days my instructor asked me to do 1 day for each muscle grp like chest, back etc. But i find that i am taking longer to recover this way. What do u suggest?

Saurabh,

You should hit a body part in a day.
