Should i mix whey protein or bcaa with preworkout suppliment? which is better and what about mixing amino acid instead bcaa?

Hi,

Whey protein is to be consumed post workout along with water for better absorption. It's a post workout nutrition. Bcaa is to be consumed as an intra workout as it will helps in recovery of muscles and act as a secondary source of energy during workout..

Amino Acid is for immediate recovery of muscles as it contains all the essential amino acid. It's to be consumed either after the workout or in between the meals. generally it's consumed in extreme workouts, or for other sports.
