Should i take any supplements,

I am 23 yrs old. I am gyming from 2 weeks . Should i take any supplements? I also worry about my abs...

Ajay,

If you meet your daily requirement of protein according to your body weight ie. 1.5- 2 grm per kg of body weight. Then supplement is not necessary.
