Should i take mass gainer or whey protein?

I am 26 years old male & pure vegeterian. I have joined gym recently for gaining some weight. My height is 5Feet 5Inches (5.5") and my weight is 52kgs. what should i go for - mass gainer or whey? I was planning to buy a mass gainer until i gain some weight & the switch to whey. Kindly suggest me as this would be my first supplement. Thanks in advance!!!!

 As per your credentials, your ideal body weight is 65 kg. If you have joined the gym then mass gainer post workout and another serving between two meals of the day, would be ideal for you, yes you can switch to whey protein once you achieve your desired weight.

Follow a calorie dense meal along with that like banana shake, nuts and seed like almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, sunflower seed etc.
