Should i train to failure? what does that mean, anyway?

I had come across a plan online which had suggested me to train to failure. What does that mean? is it even the right way to train?

Generally this technique works better for advance lifters, and when used sellectively.

yes u need to train upto failure every set... i dint mean tat lift a weight n do 30+ 40+ reps..for example if u r rep range is 15 each set den u shld lift a weight wch u can perform 10-12 reps and den push hard to odr 3 reps so i.e u trained upto failure
