Should i use a full body routine or split routine ?

Can someone pls guide me on the difference between a full body routine or a split routine. I have been working out for about 6 months now so i want to understand which schedule should i follow if i want to take my entire routine to the next level.

A full body routne is useful for people looking to burn fat as more compound excercises equal a higher caloric output which directly leads to fat loss whereas a usual body part split is more inclined towards the muscle building stage.

In full body routine you works to gain the muscle whereas split body routine is beneficial for fat loss.It depends upon what exactly is your end goal . If it is muscle gaining then add some more weights during the strength workout.
