Side fat guidance anyone?!

I am able to lift quite heavy and my upper body is shaping up well but my side fat is not relenting. my belly is flat but the fat from the side protrudes out like women. Doing too much cardio would result in muscle loss so does anyone have a solution please?

Doing too much cardio won't result in muscle loss. Engage in HIIT 3 days a week. It will go away.
