Sir body is not building upto that mark at which i am working out.

sir I am going to gym regularly from last 10 month. I always has a rigours work out. I take protein shake and eats chicken also. but I don't know why desired results are not achieved plzzz help sir plzz point out my mistake either it is about diet or any thing else. plzz reply sir....
