Sir having trouble in weight gain

sir i weigh 55kgs and my height is 6ft, The only problem i am having is gaining weight. gyming since 2.5months before i was 52 and in 2.5 months because of gym and proper diet it roused to 55...they say according to my height my weight should be around 70..and because i am underweight i got back problems not able to sit on floor for long period..help me sir to tackle this problem

I suggest you to focus more on your Diet than workout...Do 4 to 5 days of workout in a week for 30 to 45 mins..And take mass gainer to fullfill your daily calorie needs along  with proper diet.
