Sir i am 18 and i am a begineer in gym and my height is 5 ft 9 and weight is 70 and i have belly fat i am doing weight training and want lean body so pls tell me about diet and supplement i shoud take...

For losing weight you should include more cardio workout in your regimen. Include more abs specific exercises to lose fat around your belly. 

Regarding supplements, you can take our slim tea or slim shake to boost your weight loss goals.
