Sir i eat so much but still i m not getting fat my weight is so less

i am 21 year old but still my weight is 46 kg suggest me something so that i can gain weight

Hi Vikas, in order to gain weight you need to do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take frequent meals having high complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (Like- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).
