Sir i have 16 inch bisecp but not in cutting so it can not be seen proper when i wear tshirt and shirt. but i am doing proper exerise like every exerise has 4 set in 15 reps. but i have not great result. so please tell me what i do.

 In order to get the proper visible shape,  you need to increase the weight in your workout as well as you should start using isolate whey protein also in your worksets your repitition range should 6 to 12 reps.
