Losing weight is a two-way approach, to say the least. Considering your current weight, you must start asap with cardio workout, in or outside gym. Use a treadmill or go for long & tiring walks but you must make it a point to do more physical workout. Secondly, make it a habit ot include healthy diet options on an everyday basis. Ditch fried and junk food items. Opt for veggies or salads/fruits whenever you are hungry.
Be patient, your efforts will yield results, don't give up!
