Sir mujhe bodybuilding ke diet aur supplements ke baare ke btaiye ki kya thik rahega mere liye meri height 6 foot hai aur weight 70 kg

help me to acheive my goal ..tell me which supplement is best for me . sir mujhe aapse training leni hai to btaiye ki mujhe kaha aur kab aana hoga aur me kese aapse cntct kr skta hu. Sir mujhe btaiye ki bodybuilding ke liye diet kya honi chahiye..aur exercises kya aur kaunsi krni chahiye aur gym din me 1 baar krna hai ya 2 baar.. mujhe bahut saare sawaal puchne hai aapse sir .. me aapse kaha mil skta hu aap plz mujhe address btaiye ..

Jaisa apne btaya your height is 6 ft or apka weight 70 kg hai, according to my data apka weight 81-83 kgs hona chahiye. iska mtlb abhi apko around 10-13 kgs gain krna hai.

Isi vajah se abhi apko ek High calorie mass gainer use krna hai jisme protein: carb 1:5 honi chahiye e.g On serious mass , Dymatize Super mass gainer, Muscleblaze XXL , Muscletech 100% premium mass gainer main se koi bhi le sakte ho.

Sir mera weight 54 kg 5-8 height hai M pehle bhi gainer kha chuka hu Ab mujhe gainer laina chahiye ya protein kon sa best rahega plz help me sir or ek diet chart bhi dena sir
