Skin appearance is dull

I have done diet but due to that my skin gets dull nd darker in shade i have added multi-vitamin in my diet but there's no result. Please guide me wht should i do

For a good skin, try to do yoga at least 5-6 days a week. Secondly add apple cider vinegar, aloe vera juice and wheatgrass juice together in a glass of warm water and take it in the morning and evening.
Also have more fluids (except fruit juices), whole fruits, grilled vegetables and flax seeds on a regular basis.
