Skinny footballer muscle building

I am 24 and play football , i am skinny like most kids and wants to build muscle without loosing my fitness and flexibilty , i easily gain size ( mostly fat )  but if i play football i loose all my gains and size. i eat alot and take creatine for my workout , i would like you to help me with my diet timing as i like both gym and football .

Okay. Incorporate weight training. You will see a huge difference in size, shape and you will not only maintain mobility and flexibility but improve in football due to increased muscle mass. Don't take creatine. Take glutamine and whey protein. Eat plenty of eggs and cut your carbs.
