Slow weighloss and muscle development

Sir, Respect and Congratulations I am 32 height 5'.11" have lost 14 kgs after 2 months of hard work- cardio and weight training. I am still 116 kgs. I just started taking Fat burner(Black spider ECA) and L Cartinine 2000 MG. My Diet is less than 2000 calories a day with Protein Shakes. Please advise as it is very slow or not as effective as I thought ot to be. Regards TJ
