Suggest me some supplements.

My Gym timmings are 8pm to 10pm after my office so this creates tierdness and the food which i consume daily is just producing energy for my daily activities eventhugh I take juce and Banana shake but still unable to bulk up my muscles. Earlier  I have burned extra fat from belly bt now I am unable to bulk up biceps and chest.kindly suggest me some supplement.
