Suggest some exercise

I have to reduce my tummy. Plzzzzz suggest some exercise.

*for those who want to loose body fat.

First of all NO! Cardio in the morning is probably the most stupid idea I have ever heard. This isn't just my opinion but the most knowledgeable trainers and exercise experts agree that cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is not good for you body.

Dont Get Me Wrong Yes, dont get me wrong, it isnt that doing cardio in the morning is bad, but doing it on an empty stomach is bad unless you want to lose muscle instead of fat.

So when you wake up at 5:00 A.M at least have something light to eat and wait at least 30-45 minutes before performing your cardio. Like I said earlier if youre a morning person and you feel best in the morning then keep doing it in the morning, just make sure you dont do it on an empty stomach.

 

u can try some of them below. they have worked for me and as well as for my gym mates.

1. roman chair leg raises

2. alternate leg raises

3. situps.

4. V in and V out

u can try the super set for abs which will include the following

1. 15*crunches

2. 15* crunches with a dumbell placed on ur chest

3. 30* cycle crunches

4. 30* lying alternate leg raises

5. 15 v outs

try to do this super set at one go. u will definately see the difference.

u can also take fat burner for faster effects i would recommend muscleblaze fat burner extreme (if the budget is low) otherwise go for muscletech hydroxycut (its amazing, i have used it personally).

TRY TO DO PLANCK EXERCISE EVERY ALTERNATE DAY 5 SETS OF ONE MINUTE EACH that will help toning ur body.
