Suggest the right diet and meals for pre,during and post workout

Diet for pre-workout -. An apple along with nuts or oats in water. You can consume black coffee as well.  Pre-workout meal is to be consumed 45 min before the workout

During workout- Only energy drink during the workout

Post workout- Protein shake immediately after the workout, followed by egg whites in the meal.
