Supplements for runners??

Hi  Ankit

If you are a runner, then you can consider following supplements.

Bcaa- In between your running sessions.

Glutamine- Before doing to bed.

Whey Protein- (2-3 times a day)- Post workout, and 1-2 times a day( depending on your need)

In diet maintain your proteins and carbs levels, along with this multivitamin and omega 3 is suggested.
