So this is your supplement schedule:

MV: After breakfast

Whey: 1st thing in the morning and after workout (1 scoop each)

BCAA: During Workout

Glutamine: After workout mixed with whey (5g)

Creatine: After workout mixed with simple sugars like glucose (5g monohydrate)

Mass Gainer: Use like whey

Fat burner: 15 minutes before workout

Apple Cider Vinegar: Anytime in the day
