Taking glutamine and creatine but not protein powder

I am begginer I cant take protein powder because it costly I eat egg whites in post workout. Can I take creatine and glutamine without protein powder or taking it without protein powder it is a waste of money

Hi Nishant,

As a beginner you just need whey protein and Multivitamin. We never recommend Creatine and Glutamine to a beginner. Protein is necessary for the muscle recovery. Egg white is good source of protein and is slow digesting but post workout you need fast digesting for the muscle recovery i.e whey protein . Visit website you will get reasonable as well.
