Tips for weight loss

I have gained a lot of weight and fat post marraige which makes me feel awkward at times.How can I reduce my weight now and control the weight ?

On a general note, you can reduce your weight by following an appropriate diet as per your requirement and a good workout schedule.

Avoid oily food, sweets, and refined carbohydrates. you can choose a supplement also as per your requirement.

Avoid eating late in the night. Choose healthy snacks like nuts and seeds, roasted channa, makhana etc for evening time
