Tips to loose chest and belly fat

Hi, I am working out from past 2.5 years and it has developed a good stamina and strength in me. I can see muscles all over except for chest and belly. No matter how much workout I do, it is not reducing (especially chest fat). Also, I am working in a MNC so it is hard for me to workout daily. My general routine is 5 days a week that includes weight as well as cardio training well distributed. My diet includes breakfast and protein shake in the morning, lunch, dinner and pritein shake included a couple of black coffees.   Please suggest how I can reduce the chest fat so that the muscles developed will be seen. Also, please suggest the case if it is gynaecomastia.

hi atul. i ll keep it simple.

1) work more on ur chest, so if u build more muscle in ur chest u cn reduce d fat. n for belly also do abs twice pr thrice a week. n perform cardio(hiit) after weight training. eat clean.

2)try a stimulant or non stimulant fat burner.

3) pls consult a medic if u feel tat u got using medicines u cn b normal in few months. or d doctor may advise for surgery ( liposuction-removal of fat or mastectomy-removes d gland tissue)

Hi Atul,

Firstly you can't spot reduce fat. This means that fat loss can't be area-wise. That being said our bodies follow the law of thermodynamics and it is as simple as calories in vs. calories out. So just calculate your maintainance calories and make sure you're in a significant caloric deficit everyday and you'll lose weight. To maximise fat loss target a goal of losing 0.5kg per week. This ensures you'll only burn fat and retain your muscle!

Hope this helps!
