To build muscle mass should i work one muscle group in a day or two?

I have been doing workout for last 10 months. I can lift heavy weight, but I am not able to get muscle mass. So to get it should I work on two muscle group in a day or single? kindly suggest.

Piyush,

You said that you have been  working out before last 10 months that mean you are in adavance stage of bodybuilding so you should hit TWO bodyparts & Your protein intake should be around 1.8 grm per Kg of body weight  in a day for best results.

Piyush,

It really depends on your schedule. Just make sure you are hitting the gym 6 days a week. Whether it be one body part or two, that's upto you.
