Today i am joining the gym,so what kind of protein i prefer?

I join gym today,now my weight is 54kg. So what kind of protein I prefer ,which helps me in my body building.increase my weight and my mustle

Hi,

Take good diet 5-6 times meals in a day. Use Muscle Blaze Mass Gainer XXL/ Dymatize Super Mass Gainer, Amino Caps and Multivitamine, definitely you will get better result.
