Training and immunity!

Whenever i workout, i get prone to illness very frequently like frequent fever, muscle soreness, cold... I have consulted many doctors but didn't get any specific reason. I am very depressed regarding my immunity. Even though my workout intensity is light to moderate. I frequently catch fever and i am unable to perform my workouts.

Hi I can understand because it happened to me before.. There are many reasons: Deficiency of vitamin Deficiency of nutrition diet and go heavy on Jym Sleeping and Wake up time is disturb, best time 10pm to 6am Skipping of breakfast. Ignore sickness and go to Jym is dangerous for body..never go take rest. Solutions : Take 2 or 3 leafs of tulsi plant and put on your mouth , absorb/ lick it slowly in morning daily. After few days your immunity system will be more strong and you can never sick in your life if you follow in your whole life. Otherwise you can take multivitamin and omega 3 etc. Be natural be healthy.

Sanjyot,

We usually can't supplement all our minerals and vitamins in our diet. I'd recommend a good multivitamin like MB Vite. Keep your protein and carbs high.
