Why did you decide to transform?
I was always obsessed with junk food and soft drinks which led my parents to take a U-turn during our shopping trips from KIDS corner to MENS sections at an age where I was supposed to wear fancy clothes. So I thought of doing something that could give me a feel good factor about how I represent myself.
How did you accomplish your goals?
It was all about being persistent and sticking to the ultimate goal of what I imagined myself as. Proper diet, no junk food. It was not a fancy diet but a tweaked menu at a very nominal cost of a home kitchen.
Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I did 1 day weight training and 1 day cardio as an alternative for 1.5 Months then I shifted to weight training for 5 days and 1 day cardio for a month. Then it was high intensity training with a drop set interval for another 1.5 months.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Loose body fat, had issues with diet and weight management. Applying reverse dieting and controlling it is the key.
Suggestion for future transformers.
I would only like to say that we have got one life, food and alcohol will be with you forever. If proper care is not taken of one’s health, it may have adverse effects on the body, which also doesn’t give you a feel good factor.
Mention your weight, age before and after your transformation.
I was 25 years old and my weight was 102 kgs with body fat 42% and now I am 27 years old with weight 69 kgs with body fat 20%.
