Type of diet

M type 2 diabetic but i workout daily i want to gain muscle and strength wat type of diet i should take plz can u suggest me i do basic but increase my weght but decreased the repitions in my workout

So always train heavy when it comes to your workouts. Secondly, do remember that since you are diabetic to go for unflavoured whey protein and bcaa when using supplements. Keep your protein high and have low carb diet.
