Unilateral training and midsection

I would like you to help me with my mid section reduction since i believe I am not genetically blessed with a thin belly and I believe that may be due to lifting heavier weights in the past I have been hit by unilateral training thing which is further reduciing the results of my efforts to reduce my stomach apart from the diet. What would be your thoughts on this and kindly guide me with this?

Hey,

So just remember that you need to look at the diet while reducing fat and fat can't be spot reduced which means that you'll never be able to reduce the fat from one particular section. Just be in a calorie deficit and you will lose fat.
