Hi Rachit, Your diet is ok, do 10 min cardio after weight training and functional training twice a week. Stop using Creatine Monohydrate, start taking CLA (Conjugated Lenolic Acid) ,Tested Nutrition Water Loss ,then after 2 month you can take Creatine Hcl. Hi  Abdominal fat is basically transfat its takes time, so you have take diet acordingly hight protein high fiber diet, no carbohydrates after 4pm. Take isolate protein, CLA, Apple Cider Vinegar,Multivitamin, Green tea  in supplement. Do cardio exercise on veru alternate basis.
Hi you have not mentioned your history if hypertension don't use thermogenic (with caffein) fat burner Non-thermogenic(without caffeine) fat burner you can have. Diet shoud be high protein high fiber avoid to take carbs after 4pm take Incredio instead of dinner as meal replacement.

Hi Ranvir, yes you can have both CLA and L-carnetine both. There are so many supplement in combination. Their normal dosage of CLA 2-7gm and L-carnetine 500-2000mg. And there is no as such side effect it might be nausea.
