Hi Azam, As per your height your weight should be around 70kg. I will suggest you to take 3-4 hourly diet and consume whey protein post workout with water and Blend protein before bed with milk/water, Multivitamin 1 caps with breakfast, 1 caps with dinner.  I am sure you will get better result. Hi, Ahishek, Whey protein aap daily 2 scoop use karo. 1 scoop subah me paani k sath, 1 scoop post workout paani ke sath. Creatine continue nahi chalana hai is ka cycle hai waise aap use karenge. Dosage- Loading Phase me 20gm 5 dino tak lena hai 5-5gm din me char baar uske baad 5gm 40 dino tak lena hai phir band kar 15-20 dinon ke liye, phir jaise use kiya tha waise hi start karein. Thanks!
