Hi, You are using perfect mass gainer but the balance of diet, supplement and workout is necessary. You need to take calculated Kcal from diet and supplement. Diet should be 3 hourly. Hi Nishant, As a beginner you just need whey protein and Multivitamin. We never recommend Creatine and Glutamine to a beginner. Protein is necessary for the muscle recovery. Egg white is good source of protein and is slow digesting but post workout you need fast digesting for the muscle recovery i.e whey protein . Visit website you will get reasonable as well. Thanks!

Hi Vivek, Your diet is ok as you stay in hostel, but supplement is required because when you do workout you use to rupture your muscle to make it repair you need fast digesting protein. So if you will use whey protein post workout with water surely your muscles will be recover faster and you can see results as well. Thanks!

Hi Vijay, You didn't mentioned your details.These supplement helps to put on weight but diet matters alot because intake of Calorie and calorie burn must be calculated. So you need have your diet and supplementation according to your goal and workout. Do intake of 2400kcal diet in a day and consume 300gm od ON Serious Mass (100gm early in the morning with water/milk, 100gm post workout with water, 100gm before bed with milk/water). Thanks!

This can happen if you like to give your stronger side all the work while performing barbell-chest exercises. You can fix this by performing a move with both arms, one at a time. You can perform one-arm flat dumbbell bench presses to correct any imbalances along with one-arm incline pushups with one arm press while the torso’s other side is on the bench. Increase the volume of your training and the frequency to boost chest growth. For instance, if you perform 3-4 chest exercises, pump it up to 5 or 6. Hi, Due to medical treatment you was on rest thats why you put on your weight. Have your balanced diet, slowly and gradually upgrade your intensity of workout.I will take time but surely you will loose your fat. Hi, Your diet should be very balanced. Avoid saturated fat, junk food,etc. Take frequently meal with high protein and high fiber. Do 15-20 minutes cardio post weight training. As you said that your trainer is recommended you injections that is steroid. I will never recommend you because of dangerous side effect. Thanks!
