Hello Ashwini U should take creatine 30 mins before workout and glutamine just after workout along with gainer.  For best results follow this diet plan: 9 am- heavy breakfast 11 am- mass gainer shake 2 pm - lunch 5 pm- boiled chicken pre workout- creatine with boiled potato post workout- mass gainer shake with glutamine 10 pm- dinner 12 am- mass gainer shake For ur lower back avoid doing deadlifts & dont do heavy squats. For a lean aesthetic body U need to concentrate more on your diet than ur workout. Keep a clean diet, Avoid all the fast food and oily food. Take a high protein diet with low carbs. Your muscles require atleast 48 hrs to recover. So U should wait for atleast 2 days between the same body parts. For best results do biceps & triceps on same day with 1 or 2 super sets. Hi Arjun For overcoming the plateau u need to apply the shock principle. Dont do same workout plan for long, keep on changing it every month. Hi Sumit, For lower abs u need to decrease ur body fat because upper abs r easily made but lower abs r difficult. For that u need to keep a clean diet with very low fat. For exercises i would recommend lying leg raise, hanging leg raise/knee raise, body twist, side bends. For biceps u need to work both on ur short head & long head. Do heavy barbell curls, they r best for gaining size in biceps. To remove the little amount of fat u have, I would recommend you to do body twists & side bends and most importantly start having a clean diet.
