i too have same problem but now its gone . you should massage the suffering area with any pain relief gel regularly and it will be gone ...always use straps on that area while doing pull workout
i hqve few tips for you...start taking green tea 2 times a day. start taking 1 or half scoop of whey 1st thing after wake up always do cardio after your workout and remember you have to take whey protein after workout and before cardio if you prefer cardio after workout regularly. start eating white eggs in breakfast. in snacks start taking 100 gm of panner or tofu and decrease your night intake and eat as much salad as you can . and dont take too much rest during your workout
