Im vegetarian too. But its not hard to gain muscle for a vegetarian. Drink milk in morning about 300ml. Add paneer in your diet about 100gms. Also take chickpeas about 100gms a day. Start eating soy chunks sabji. Eat brown rice daily about 300gms. Drink you protein suppliment after workout. Add chapati about 4-5 after your workout. Before sleep drink 200ml of milk.
70% deit and 30% workout. All you weight gaining,muscle gaining,mass gaining depends on your deit. Your supplement only constitute 10% of your deit. Unless you increase you calories intake you'll never see any result. Eat more and more frequently and workout great.
Hello anuj! It doesnt matter from how long you are working out. What matter is how corretly you are working out and your diet plan. I came across many guyz working to get ripped abs but didnt get a single of it. What i would recommend you is that: Workout 2 day a week (say monday and Thursday) (or set your own working day) On monday do upper abs workout such as cruches, situps etc. And on thursday do lower abs workout such a leg rise etc. Do 15 reps of 3-4 sets with a brake of 45sec only. Also note that to get abs cut your carbohydrate intake and lower your trans fat and saturated fat. More the carbohydrate and fat less the result will be.
Hello shubham! First of all any protein that you get from your diet or from suppliment is good for building any muscle of your body ​for which your are working out, whether it is chest, bieceps, shoulder etc. Whats main is your deit and your workout.​ ​So instead of focusing on a particular type of protein just add protein in you deit and do better workout. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​
