she is just 13 man! make her eat home cooked delicacies, milk ( with complan or horliks or bournvita) add some sugar in it. supplementing at this tender age is not good. keep it natural and let the time come.
hi, i guess you must get your thyroxin level tested for once. some times i have seen people eat a lot but they don't gain any weight. so i guess you must see a doctor as soon as possible and get your thyroid level tested.
hi, See these whey protein powders are exported from USA, hungary and many other countries and that is why standar untits are used world wide. in case of supplements Lbs is used. and now in 21st century its is not at all difficult to convert Lbs to kgs. if u don't know the conversion rate then just google it. and if you are buying them for local store its good. but if you are buying the supplements with weight printed as 1kg or 2kg or 10 kg then am afraid you are buying a fake product. some indian companies sell their product by writing weight in kgs like SIX PACK Nutrition.

IS CARDIO IN THE MORNING THE BEST IDEA????  *for those who want to loose body fat. First of all NO! Cardio in the morning is probably the most stupid idea I have ever heard. This isn't just my opinion but the most knowledgeable trainers and exercise experts agree that cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is not good for you body. Dont Get Me Wrong Yes, dont get me wrong, it isnt that doing cardio in the morning is bad, but doing it on an empty stomach is bad unless you want to lose muscle instead of fat. So when you wake up at 5:00 A.M at least have something light to eat and wait at least 30-45 minutes before performing your cardio. Like I said earlier if youre a morning person and you feel best in the morning then keep doing it in the morning, just make sure you dont do it on an empty stomach.   u can try some of them below. they have worked for me and as well as for my gym mates. 1. roman chair leg raises 2. alternate leg raises 3. situps. 4. V in and V out u can try the super set for abs which will include the following 1. 15*crunches 2. 15* crunches with a dumbell placed on ur chest 3. 30* cycle crunches 4. 30* lying alternate leg raises 5. 15 v outs try to do this super set at one go. u will definately see the difference. u can also take fat burner for faster effects i would recommend muscleblaze fat burner extreme (if the budget is low) otherwise go for muscletech hydroxycut (its amazing, i have used it personally). TRY TO DO PLANCK EXERCISE EVERY ALTERNATE DAY 5 SETS OF ONE MINUTE EACH that will help toning ur body.

as per my experience i would like to say that u must do the cardio after all ur lifting part is done. don't perform cardio exercises at first. do cardio for last 45 mins that would help u lot in loosing the fat. remember u need to loose the fat not muscle. do keep a check on what u r eating that will stop u from gaining fat. coming to whether to do cardio in morning or evening! i would never say that MB mass gainer wouldn't work. but as per me u must invest in whey protine rather than on mass gainer. wait for better answers than mine! :)  
see bro going to gym for 4 days or 5 days or 7 days a week doesnt matter always. its all dependent on what u eat and how much u workout.  i recommend u to take some supplements to see the difference.  if u need to do the transformation i would recommend u 12 weeks kris gethin's plan on bodybuilding.com which is available absolutely for free. in supplements u can take whey protein, BCAA, multi vitamin tablets. i hope u have enough power in lifting weights so not recommending u creatine.

thanks man! the major differnce between whey protein pro and isolate is just the amount of protein? i guess!  but the thing is should i go for isolate as has more protein? or whey protein pro? what if i use 2 files of whey protein and then switch to whey protein pro. would it have any side effects? or if i switch from isolate to whey protein pro? i know its a silly question that switching form isolate to protein pro but u know man we must keep a check on our pocket too.
