Vegetarian diet plan for a lean muscular body ??

I am a 25 years old male weighing 74 kg and 5'10" tall. I workout 5 days a week. I dont use protein supplements ( chemicals ). Kindly provide me a vegetarian diet plan that enables me to drop my weight to 70 kg and help me achieve a lean muscular body .......!!

This question is asked before by gaurav Gupta I think you should check it on page 4 on 30 july in Q&A. In which we discussed in detail... It is helpful to you. Go for it fast it will switch to page 5 and so on. I will past their url soon.
