Very confused about workout

hi ..my height is 5.5 and my weight is 70kg. i also love to workout hard.... i just wanna know how to reduce my belly fat and chest fat ..actuly im having man boobs..and im very confuse about workout my chest is alredy pumped and i dont want to grow this more and more..because chest exercise will pump my chest what i do what exercise i should avoid in chest workout.... Plz tell me chest workout routin and also my weekly routin for week.. i have chest fat ...belly fat .bum fat.....and my all parts of body is not fatty

Stating by what you said, I'll assume you've just started working out. Now you're someone who is skinny fat. Meaning you're skinny but also have got fat sticking out in particular areas. This is what you need to do:

1. Calculate your maintainance calories (lots of calculators on the internet to do so)

2. Increase that number by 200 (this is the calories you need to consume on a daily basis)

3. Workout 6 days a week. Train heavy

4. Be patient. You will have to do this for 1 year at least

This will not only eliminate any chest fat you have, but also put decent amount of muscle on you.
