Wann have a toned body

Hi, I have been going the gym for the last 2-3 years n I do intense wworkout. I dont take any kind of supplements and I m pure vegetarian. So without having these can I built up my muscles though I do have liitle bit of it. I request you to suggest me a diet plan- Height-  5.8 Weight-74 kg

Hi Gaurav Its a good thing then you have 3 year of experience and don't taking Supliment, its a best time to taking some protein or protein blend because its your body requirements of last 2 year and ur body is on point wher every single bite can absorbs. There is limited option for vegetarian specifically in summer where we need protein like whey. Dude I m totally Jym freak person I do more experiment on my body compare to other.

Thks for ur reply... i dont wann take any kind of supplement... I request u to suggest me some pure vegetarian diet....Is it not possible to build  muscles without using supplements?...Thks a Ton..

In veggies : spinach, kale ,broccoli, cauliflowe boiled or cooked. These have heigh percentage of protein.

Missi roti for fiber.

Dalia, raw paneer , soya been , chickpea or Gram. .....almonds in morning for good fat.

Gaurav,

Protein is the building block for muscle and unfortunately is not present in enough quantities in veg food with the exception of soya which is not suggested in high quantities to males anyway. This would be a great time as it is said above to be supplementing with Whey protein. It is a byproduct of cheese so you will still remain in effect a vegetarian.
