Want a muscle gain

i m 19 years old and have weight 58kg . i m confused what my diet and supplements should be on daily basis and also waht all supplements should i take if i start workout?

What is your goal? Muscle gain or fat loss? Kindly provide me your height so I can give you exactly the amount of calories you need.

my height is 5ft 11inches and yes i want to gain mass..as i m very skinny.

hi uday,

According to me you should meet your daily protein intake first and second natural diet too beacuse 70% your diet matters and do regular workout as well with heavy weights and around 10 reps in each sets.

Do one part in a day and never skip leg days. beacuse it helps to produce more testosterone in your body.
