Want gain muscles

Sir. I am 6" 2 ft and 68 kg. Very slim i think my body type is ectomorph. Can you suggest me diet,workout plan and protien

As stated in the article, you must find your maintainance calories and then eat at least 300-500 calories above that. For workout focus on full body 5x5 programs.
